The King + Fireplace room was spacious with kitchenette, study desk, sitting area, and stools to eat at the bar. The bed was super comfortable and bathroom equipped with all necessary amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer. The staff were incredibly helpful --- especially Ben who helped us find laundry services and Donna who went out of her way to help me with a special request late in the evening. The breakfast was busy and had a wide offering of items to choose from. The proximity to Couchihing Point park and walking paths was perfect with restaurants walking distance from hotel. It was a great location to explore Orilla from and relax for a long weekend.

Beautiful location..our room wasn't ready due to late check outs..the front desk woman was excellent.. friendly, informative, helpful and even being very busy took the time to personally check that we had an appropriate room. They are lucky to have her working for them! I don't remember her name but her brunette with glasses cheery demeanor made us feel extremely welcome.

Room size, Hot or cold Breakfast choices included in room cost. Location: close to things we wanted to do, Staff amazing very helpful and accomodateing.

Very friendly Staff, Ben and Bill were very helpful. Sue, Ryan, Chris, Jen and Bee worked so hard to sanitize, set up fresh linens and toiletries. The Suite #211 had a beautiful view of the gardens courtyard. A nature trail goes from Bridge Point Marina all the way to the Public Beach. Water was warm and chest deep.

We liked the room. The bed was comfortable. The double Jacuzzi tub was fun. The electric fireplace provided nice ambiance. The breakfast was very good for this type of property. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We’ve stayed here before and always love the walk down to Couchingching Point Road to the lake.

We loved the hot tub in the room there should be more places with rooms like that and the breakfast was hot and the food was great tasting. The lady was friendly and inviting.

The shuttle to Casino Rama and back was great. Every staff member we met was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and our room was very quiet and comfortable.

Great welcome for me and my service dog. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pointed out where I could take my dog for walks and asked me if I needed anything for my service dog

Bed was comfy...the water pressure in the shower was like getting pressure washed...loved it..very clean..
